Steel Echoes-Lime

An 11-inch square wall piece from the Steel Echoes series. Each work in the series is a variant of a visual representation of sound, then finished differently in color and patina.

Layered steel. The face is polished steel with candy-transparent green. It sits over a neon green/yellow steel frame, distressed along the edges so the raw steel shows through.  The echo is laser-cut in stacked layers, shifting from neon yellow through acid green. Bolts stay visible.

Made to hang. Meant to be kept.

11 × 11 inches. Steel and hardware. Wall mounted. Indoor.

Each piece in Steel Echoes is one of a kind in color and finish. This one is Lime
